I first began my journey into Chiropractic when I had my first adjustment at the age of 15. I was struggling after a car accident and I was taken aback with by the amazing difference it had on me. As you can imagine, Chiropractic became an integral way of life for me ever since.

I went on to study Business Studies with Marketing before going into Travel and Project Management Training before I met the man of my dreams. I married Connell and became a mum to two brilliant lively children. Hugo has a heart of gold and wants to heal the world and Ava enjoys being creative.

My journey into Chiropractic naturally evolved, and my experiences of co-owning and operating a ‘vitalistic’ practice has given me the insight and understanding of the fantastic things we do to improve people’s lives. It has shown me how important it is to look after ourselves and what an amazing difference it can make when we take responsibility for our own health. I have spent time building a business from the ground up and learnt the nuances of the Chiropractic world. It also taught me a lot about the do’s and don’ts in practice and why systems and procedures are so important to ensure that everybody gets the best possible experience and results. Understanding the needs of your clients is so important, but also ensuring that you understand your team is a must and why we have to constantly evolve and change along with the profession. From my experience, I have seen there is a gap in education around these facets at Chiropractic colleges around the globe. You simply can’t stay the same!

Over the years, I have invested time, money and energy into increasing my knowledge and grow as a person. Attended too many chiropractic based seminars to list, spending my personal time listening to inspirational speakers such as Dr John DeMartini, Tony Robbins and Joe Dispenza to name but a few which has helped me enormously to empower and develop my own creative thinking. It has also been so rewarding attending the Circle of Fire movement and, working creatively within the Clarity Sessions.

I am excited about this great opportunity to be able to share my experiences, both personally and professionally, with like-minded, people hoping to reach their own greatest potential and I look forward to you reaching out and watching you grow with us, either at one of our retreats, seminars or coaching.

Kelly-Jane McLaughlin

In her life Kelly has had a few hats that she is proud to wear and that she wears well. She has been a chiropractor for over 20 years and this has been her gift and tool to confidently go out into the world to empower and inspire people. After three, natural, awesome home births and then raising three boys in an alternate health paradigm made her realise that if her family can do it anyone can do it!

She feels strongly that medicalisation of our world begins in pregnancy and it must change here to change in our future and our children's future. It is from this belief that her passion explodes. She works with other Chiropractors and health professionals around the world as a mentor as well as running workshops for professionals so that they too can have the knowledge and skills needed to choose to do health differently.

Her dedication and love for her profession was recognised in 2013 when her fellow Chiropractic community voted her as the UCA Chiropractor of the year. She is a tilted speaker at seminars on all aspects of pregnancy, child and family health presenting a fresh, new perspective to help people reach their own health potential.

She says; 'My wish is that as a world we know we have choices; choices on how we birth, on how we choose to view our health and our understanding about where our health comes from. Everybody deserves to know that they are designed to heal and I am excited to support them to know how they can achieve the health, and life, they deserve'.
