How does the forum work?
We have had many inspirational and expert speakers who have shared with our ‘Health from the Inside Out’ forum since we started back in May 2018. Over the course of each year we invite a guest speaker to join us on a call once a month (dates vary) with the exception of the month of December. Since 2018, we have been blessed to hear from many knowledgeable, passionate and inspiring speakers including the likes of Shawn Powers, Bettina Tornatora, Sarah Farrant, Justin Ohm, Tom Waller, James Chester, Alison Asher, to name a few. All these speakers bring a wealth of knowledge, support and create that platform that could enhance that journey to your own optimal health!
For every webinar, there will be an opportunity for you to submit all your questions in advance and have these answered by our experts as well as having some answers answered on the calls. Throughout the month there will be weekly questions answered as well as sharing health experiences to help support and guide you in ‘real-life’ situations as well.
